Always Finding Ways to Water Less

- Dry Farming is our Goal -
We are creating water-holding capacity everywhere we can. We're letting our wood rot away to act like a sponge, chopping down our bananas after they have fruited and leaving them in chunks to decompose slowly, we're mulching heavily and continuously throughout our food forest. Our goal is to have no bare land, we want every inch of land covered in plants, whether it is crops or a ground cover, every plant is helping us hold water, especially from runoff, even the weeds.

Rain Water and Pond Water is our 1st Choice

Our plants thrive off of nutrient-rich pond water
